Bought resin supplies to make some clocks but had issues with the clock mechanism which was all my fault. Took the clocks back to Art Tree Creations and they fixed the problem for me.Very much appreciated and would highly recommend.

Scott and Tam are THE BEST!Their art store supplies me with everything I need (and desire).Deliveries are sent from interstate and are always packed with care and consideration.Scott’s beautifully primed art boards are impeccable. When I asked him if he could make me a 100mm square board (at the time, he wasn’t making any that small), he didn’t hesitate and within a very short period of time, he delivered a whole stack of them to me! I have ordered from Art Tree Creations and I have to say the service and care they take is amazing.I received larger items and the way the packaged the product was second to none!I have never received a delivery so well packaged and the products are of a very high Standard!I recommend Art Creations for all of your art supplies!

These guys ROCK!!!!! I have placed quite a few orders through them and every product has been amazing. I have just received my latest order and can't wait to get in and play. Their customer service and fast delivery is something they should be very proud of.

I had placed a pick up order in April but when it was ready I was not able to make my way to the location. I had forgotten entirely about the items but today I just received them in the mail. I appreciate Art Tree Creations holding my order for so long I would have understood if they just voided the order but the fact they attempted to reach out and subsequently send out the items is a testament to their good customer service. Been here twice now and both times have been extremely pleasant! Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable; happy to answer all and any questions you might have without a hassle. Really awesome customer service. They have the cutest little shop; equipped with everything you need to create stunning art. Prices are excellent. The entire place is so clean and tidy and I’ll enjoy coming here at every chance I get! Highly recommended :)

I booked the resin workshop in January but due to COVID-19, Scott was easy to deal with and slotted me into the May workshop.The resin workshop was fun and amazing! Scott is a knowledgeable and patient teacher on all things resin.Everything you may possibly need to get started and keep making art is available at Art Tree Creations. They have a wide selection of brands and products for beginners to advanced, friendly service, affordable prices and easy to deal with.I highly recommend anyone interested in this art to book a time to do a workshop and get your materials at this one stop shop. I have only had good experiences when I visit Tree Art Creations. Everyone is always so nice, extremely helpfully and are always accommodating as they possibly could be.The team seem to throughly enjoy having a chat and passing on their wisdom and experiences with products.Price are very reasonable.Great little gift shop with some beautiful products too!

Fantastic customer service. Throughout and around the endless Melbourne lockdowns this fun team provided a beacon of joy with their positivity, exciting releases and bubbly staff that actually are interested in what you are creating with their products. I particularly love their social media popping up to break the monotony, inspire and make me want to order something I never knew I needed.

Have placed a few online orders now and they’ve always been very well packaged and super fast shipping. Quick to reply to any emails and questions, great range of quality products and things that are harder to find in other stores! Happy customer :)
