My wife and I had food poisoning last night from here. The only thing we ate that originated from the same place. Seperate pizzas so you may have a few people calling up this morning.

This has all happened more than once and I am sick to death of it asked for bbq sauce and payed extra for it to be delivered with no bbq sauce, barley any toppings, had pineapple on my pizza and I am highly allergic and asked for no pineapple, also 6 brownie was over cooked and smooshed with one slice to part them it’s honestly so disappointing definitely don’t recommend

Domino’s Pizza Murwillumbah
So disappointed. I bought 3 large pizzas and an extra large one for the first time. All of them of the same flavour. It said in the shop that the extra large one supposed to have 50% more toppings. I am actually watching them getting made in front of me and they use the same amount of source in the extra large one: 3/4 of the spirit volume they use in the large ones. I can see a bit patch of the pizza with no sauce at all. So disappointed. They don't do what they advertise.

Very disappointing. 1 pizza forgotten and was delivered over half an hour after other 3 delivered! Hardly any topping on any of the 4 pizzas. And the way they were cut was atrocious. They were hacked and no care taken at all. Be very ashamed Domino's. You need to pick up your game BIG TIME!

Pizza are 50/50The menu isn’t always correct sometimes what you want isn’t available and what is available isn’t actually available it’s a page refresh away from not existingI ordered my pizza online it said the store was open and delivery was availableI paid and received phone calls saying there was no delivery driver and I can expect my money back in in 5 days .I’m not going to stop ordering as it’s convenient most the time but the domino’s online system needs to reflect if deliveries aren’t able to be taken instead of messing everyone around.

Just ordered a super premium brisket pizza top of the Range and to be honest I’m pretty disappointed . Wow! how underwhelming. Won’t be spending the extra money on the “better”pizza next time if there is a next time

Ordered pizzas at 4:00pm done by 4:30pm, had to wait 40 minutes for my thickshake by the time i got them my food was cold and also burnt.also there young employee was not wearing face mask, was sneezing and blowing his nose the whole time, wiping his nose on his hands and sleeves, then touches my food and drinks and other peoples with no gloves and not washing his hands. Obviously very unhygienic .All staff were juniors, and very amateur all round.No supervisors what so ever.I found dirt and hair on my straw and cup Im very disappointed in my experience at dominoes in murwillumbah.
