Scotties Pizza

Have been going to Scotties for a long time. Service was average, not bad or good. The pizza was pretty much the same, it was more for convenience and usually did the job.Ordered tonight for a delivery in the same suburb as the shop. Had to repeat our order 3 times - asked for half and half meat lover and margarita on an in-between crust. Was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait. That was fine. An hour and a half later, our pizza turned up. Didn't complain about the latenessOpened the box to find half meat lovers and half ham and pineapple on a thin crust. No big deal, mistakes happen. Called up and was told we would get a replacement pizza but it would take another hour and a half due to only having one driver available.When we explained politely that this wasn't really an option due to it already being 730, we were told there was nothing they could do about it whilst also hearing the manager speaking rudely in the background. They offered a free pizza for next time but that unfortunately didn't solve the problem for tonight.We get that they were busy but to have already waited longer than expected and to have gotten the wrong pizza, it would have been a much better option to get someone else to drop it up considering we live literally a two minute drive from the shop ( we did not have the option to go pick it up ourselves on this occasion).Unfortunately, this poor customer service, and unfortunately poor pizza that night as well, has caused us to change from now on and go to the amazing Italian pizza shop just around the corner from Scotties.Shame for a local business to not be putting in the effort they could

Delivers to Pheasants Nest, one of only two food delivery options I'm aware of (does everyone out here love cooking?)Unfortunately they don't deliver every night, and they often send their driver home early if it's quiet so even on delivery days if you call on time you may still be out of luck.The pizza is fast food pizza, ie Domino's not Italian. For fast food pizza it's great.It gets expensive quickly if you order a few things, but that's pretty common now.

Happy to have them in tahmoor, their pizzas are good size and they are generous with the toppings, 35 large dollars for two pizza plus drink and garlic bread is very reasonable price .Recommend.

Pizza is great, big, full of toppings.We dont want any other pizza now.Stick with scotties

Affordable delicious pizza. There's something about non-chain stores that just ups the quality. Always fresh and full of flavor, they do not skimp out on ingredients! I can recommend the satay chicken pizza as its very tasy and not what you'd usually expect.Only reason for 4 stars is that we ordered jalapeno poppers one time that were given to us still frozen - a mistake by a young chef I assume.

Don't listen to the naysayers. They offer friendly local service and their pizzas are delicious! We've been going to Scotties for two years for our pizza and have never been disappointed. The owner is a friendly guy and holds his employees to a high standard. We're always greeted with a smile and timely service for a great local product. Keep up the great work Scottie's, we always recommend you to our friends

Stopped in for pizza after a long hard day. Pizza was quick and hot. Taste amazing. Ribs were falling off the bone and melting in my mouth. Only pizza around my kids are happy with eating. And so friendly. Was great to just have a chat while we waited. Thanks guys!

Lovely well cooked pizza with lovely welcoming staff.The Manager is very caring for both staff and customers.He would go out of his way beyond call of duty.

Scotties is a great local made pizza shop, their generous toppings and divine food is always 5 stars!Always welcomed with a big smile, good prices & its always good to see young teenagers with a job there, shop & support locals, scotties is the best around!

I don’t normally review, however seeing the negative reviews I thought i would have a say.We have been ordering from Scotties for the past 9 years. We have always had nothing but friendly service, whether it by walk-in or delivery.We don’t order every week, but when we fancy pizza we are never disappointed.Thank you for the yummy pizza and great service.
