I've been coming to EFM Bowden for the last few months. Craig and Tom are fantastic with helping me with my weightloss journey. It is a great atmosphere to work out , everyone is so friendly and helpful. Never felt out of place. I HIGHLY Recommend EFM Bowden.

The team at EFM Bowden are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, make exercising interesting and fun, the variety is great and the facility is amazing. I normally train during the coaching sessions which is awesome as it's like having a personal trainer helping me out but without the high cost. From time to time if I can't make the coaching sessions, I have 24/7 access so I can still go in and train. Best of all worlds. Highly recommend
