The best cat hotel to send your cats to! Would highly recommend!!We sent our 2 fur babies to Kay for a few nights. As soon as we stepped in, we could feel that the place was very welcoming and relaxing. Her cat hotel facilities are so spacious, clean and decorated with cute Disney furniture everywhere!! We put our 2 cats in the deluxe room together was which very spacious and had windows looking over a fish pond. Kay was absolutely wonderful with the cats. She is extremely passionate about cats and loves showering them with love. She spends a lot of time with the cats and sent us pictures of how they were going. We were not worried at all as we knew they were in perfectly good hands. She also had pretty much every brand of food and litter readily available for them. Our cats are extremely shy but over the few days she bonded with them and they weren’t as scared when we came to get them. Our fur babies will definitely be coming back to Kay if we go away and would highly recommend to send your cats to her amazing facilities! She will give them all the love and attention! Our fur baby Lor just had 3 days stay over the weekend , the environment is pretty chill and he settle in right away. before we brought him there , we went to check the environment first and also brought Lor there to see if he feels alright there.Kay is so nice and knowledgeable about cats, we learnt a lot from her as well. Defo recommended

I was hesitant about leaving my 16 year old cat as I normally ask family members to care for himwhen I’m away. This time all the family were having a break away together so I asked around for recommendations from others who had boarded their cars. Happy Cats was mentioned more than once as being the preferred choice so I booked Tiger in for 6 days and he couldn’t have had a better second home. The girls were very attentive and catered for his every need. The cattery is clean and well run and the cats seem extremely peaceful there. I even had pictures sent to me when I enquired after him during his stay and I was relieved to know he was contented. I will most definitely use Happy Cats again. Thank you ladies for your love, care and attention.

A great friendly place to leave my older pampered cat Tigger. All staff and warm and comforting and when he comes home he isn't at all jittery or sad like other places I have left him. He knows this is his own little hotel and the rooms are comfy and spacious. I would highly recommend.
