After calling and speaking to many different people and businesses to try and get a back window frame fixed for my daughters canopy, I rang and spoke to Greg who couldn't have assisted any more. Investigated it, called me back and within 2 hours car was fixed with no fuss and great price. Don't normally post feedback, but with service delivered felt it was very deserved.

The stadf were really great, explained everything that need to be said and more. They had a really good deal/huge discount on one of the storage boxes, which was 100% yes when I saw it. All in all, it is a good place to purchase goods from.

Front office service needs to be improved as well as the ability to provide feedback direct to Flexiglass through their website. Website warranty form is non functional so will have to resort to auspost to register warranty. 4 weeks in glass brackets are crumbling

I live in Chadstone so chose Flexiglass for my new canopy, mainly on the basis that they were the closest company to me, in Dandenong. After going there and talking to the guy and filling out paperwork and booking it in for a $4,000 canopy including roof racks, I was THEN told that the canopy gets fitted at their Tullamarine branch and that I had to be there at 8am. From Chadstone to Tullamarine by 8am on a weekday. Great.I drove all the way to Tullamarine and tried to occupy myself all day while I waited, it was finally ready around 4:30pm when they told me there'd been a problem and the roof rack brackets were the wrong ones. So I'd have to come back another day when the correct brackets arrived in a few weeks. They gave me a $250 discount for having to take another day off work to come back. In the meantime, on rainy days I noticed significant drops of water on the floor of the tray inside the canopy, which isn't good when I'm a floor & wall tiler and can't be having bags of glue or grout or power tools getting damp if they're sitting in my car overnight when it rains.When I went back to get the roof racks fitted, I mentioned the water leaks to the guy. He looked at my car and said What model car is this

Had some issue with Toyota on the canopy fitted on when first purchased my Hilux. Flexiglass resolved it by offering an upgrade. Spoke to Greg, very nice bloke, helpful and knowledgeable.

If I could put no stars I would! Not a terrible product but completely let down by the staff. So many times I tried them to fix things & not once could they get it right. Extremely poor workmanship & they should be ashamed of their work. Never ever again, never recommend!

Got the trade canopy. With 150kg rated roof rack.1st trip whole canopy slid 6 inches backwards off tub as attachments bolts weren’t tightened. All equipment got wet as it was raining.Roof rack is good but rusted easily. Quality better from others.Biggest issue has been water leakage. Non stop for whole 2 years I’ve had canopy in. Both side windows leak a vast amount of water. So much so that I can’t put any quality equipment adj a window for fear of damage. Others now offer central locking all round and warranty against water leakage.I probably would look elsewhere next time!!The canopy was supplied and installed at the Tullamarine office!

Wow what a service. Called up flexiglass office at 3 30pm, having had lost my key to my canopy and they had the spare!Sent out that same day, express post, at no charge to myself and arrived 8am the next morning from the otherside of town.Thank you very much for your assistance and amazing service

Had a problem with the central locking on my canopy. Sent an email to the Brisbane office advising I was touring in Victoria and needed to secure our belongings. Was advised that Greg from the Tullamarine office would be in touch. This he did very promptly and suggested I call to their office. Within half an hour Greg had resolved the problem and even fixed a fitting issue missed by MNF. Can only speak highly of this gentleman. Pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

The service at Flexi glass is not that good my partner had his car back there 4 times for the same problem and they still didn’t fix it my partner had to fix it very disappointed with there sevice
