Assured Property Invest

My experience with the Assured Property Group has been nothing short of life changing. My circmstances have changed dramatically and now for the first time, thanks to the diligent care, expertise, knowledge and experience of my go to person, Diana from the assured group, I now have the privelage of being homed in a secure environemt. Thanks to her diligence and determination I have found a property that has been successfully evaluated and stands a good chance at appreciating over time. All the finer details were handled for me, minimising stress and meaning I could focus on whats imporrtant, my job and family. IAll teething problems were successfully adressed and I had nothing more to do than gather my things and move. Forever grateful, looking forward to doing it again with an invrstment property.

We started working with Diana and Dino in early 2019 on a couple of new developments. Diana even took the time to drive us to the developments to show us what was available and provided a plethora of information on these developments. Whilst we were aware that Assured Property Group existed, we had no idea of the high level of service they deliver. We were kept informed of all developments along the process, we received valuable advice across many areas of the developments (with Diana even offering to assist with colour selections etc). At no point in time did we have to follow up on any outstanding information or documentation - this is a testament to the quality of service that is offered by this team. The team is proactive and always willing to assist where possible. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Assured Group again and in particular with Diana and Dino. A big thank you to them both (as well as the rest of the team) for their hard work and commitment to seeing the development through to completion. Diana again has taken the time to attend the hand-over appointments. Diana and the team are very professional and helped us towards owning our own home for our little daughter to grow up in. I don't think we would of been able to do it without there constant support. When looking at buying my first home. I kept seeing Assured property group adds and decided to talk to them and see what would happen. This was a good choice as they were very professional and prompt to help me out where they could. From helping sort out the finance to contacting the builder even help with the house plans.Diana and Matt from assured were a big help for me for this next step in my life.Diana was a great help with sorting out the contracts.Finding the ideal block of land in an area i was interested in and even coming and showing it to me. Finding a suitable builder for what i was looking for and even help with building plans and designs.
