How refreshing that you get such awesome customer service fixing our old Daihatsu broken key. Walked out to car to test and adjust the key, totally happy and amazing value for money, we feel and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Phil couldn’t have been more helpful or generous! I asked him to replace the studs on my pram caddy as they were jammed and instead he managed to just bend them back into shape. He didn’t charge anything for his time or service and even gave my daughter a pop-it for free “because she had lovely manners.” I will be coming here any time I need any repairs done.

quick but they think they were slick, ask for battery change for my watch, said $20 and 12 months warranty, after he changed the battery, he said $25 and wont give my watch back. Personally i wouldn’t care if he said $25 before hes done it. wouldn’t comeback

Great experience getting a new car key cut today. Great friendly service done on spot and at a reasonable price as quoted. Would definitely recommend this business and will be back.

After giving David my 18k Gold Plated Gucci watch for a battery change I mentioned to please be careful as it was not a fake. Upon receiving my watch back, he had ‘lost’ one of the 4 gold plated original screws on the back plate and replaced it with a generic steel screw without telling me. When challenged he said ‘What’s your problem? I changed the battery didn’t I ? Charged me $25 for the privilege of effectively devaluing the watch and was deceitful in the process. He said ‘things happen!’ What a unprofessional and dishonest way of doing business. Have forwarded this complaint to Fair Trading.Post Script 08/02/22…After being told by David that he would endeavour to rectify the problem after being contacted by Fair Trading, I again a week ago contacted David via text if he had any further resolve to what was happening. He has ignored my text. I noticed that he has replied on Google reviews to every comment except mine. Showing you exactly the type of unprofessional operator he is. As another person that has given a review on a stuffed up engraving episode, stick to key duplicates, you clearly are not competent to offer any other services.

Got my car key shell replaced for $80. The shell they gave me was scuffed and damaged. When I asked if they could replace the shell with one that wasn’t damaged, they refused. For the price, I would expect a higher quality product and service. You’re better off ordering a shell online and replacing it yourself.
