Very friendly, kind and efficient - my nails and toes are lovely. They even suggested I take a break from shellac on my toes to help my nail bed. Definitely going back. Ps - and they let you take your furbabies ❤️

When I had my SNS nails done the staff were lovely in the salon however within 2 days two nails had already Chipped and within 4 days 4 nails were badly chipped. I went into the salon and showed the owner the two bad ones and there was no apology and said I’d need to come back in 4 hours. I explained that I was on holidays and heading back to Brisbane.Very sad that there was not even an apology. I have now had to trim the two bad nails down to stop from further damage.My last set of SNS done in another salon lasted me almost 6 weeks.Feel like I have just wasted $50

My daughter recently attended the salon. Her shellac lifted and peeled off a few hours after getting them done. We returned the next day to have them fixed, they then peeled again that night. We attended the third day and asked them for a refund which they denied. I then asked them to at least paint my daughters nails once more to try make her experience a pleasant one - to have them peel off again a day later. I do not recommend this salon.

The staff was friendly but I had a very bad experience with my nails. I did not get what I wanted at all. The final result of the nails was very untidy with asymmetrical nail shape and glitter for which I had to pay $80. I was then called after an hour to come back the next day just to get the colour fixed or changed if I wanted to for which they did not even cooperate with the timings of the appointment. Would definately not recommend!!

Very disappointed in this experience. Had a pedicure which I get regularly. This is my first time at nails and beauty Main Beach and my last! After having a pedicure which took less than half an hour and my nails painted and sat in a chair for over an hour for them to dry. Within two hours of leaving both of my big toes and little toes were smudged and had peeled off. The little toes varnish was on my skin, the colour had not been applied over the nails correctly, I get my nails done every 3-5 weeks, elsewhere and have NEVER needed to go back…. On this occasion, paying double what I normally pay, I decided to go back to the nail bar, I spoke to the owner, who also did my nails, pointed out the issue, she was not one bit apologetic, in fact the opposite, she got defensive and said she, she told me & my girlfriend that we needed to wait another hour for our nails to dry! She DID not tell us this at all…. In fact, they were still wet 3 hours later! A complete waste of time & money!

Do not visit. I walked in at 9am and was told to make an appointment for 9.30 to have a simple shellac removal. I made the appointment but I was no more than 10 minutes late. Despite a staff member being completely free (and willing to take me) the female manager was very rude and said I was too late and they had an appointment at 10am so couldn’t help. She didn’t talk to me directly and was communicating via the other staff member. There was plenty of time to assist me but they could not have been more unpleasant and unaccommodating. Take your nails somewhere else.

I went to have my granddaughters nails done with shellac and we had to go back the next day to repair as they fell off.Then we had to go again which they would not take responsibility will never go there again do not recommend

Walked in and was happy to get an appointment in the late afternoon.Gosh the staff, could they manage a smile?I had a basic pedi and nail polish. My 9 year old daughter could have done a better job.KEEP WALKING!
