Even though my husband is a builder himself, we decided to have Premier Kitchens design our new kitchen as we wanted to make the best possible use of the space in our home and we really liked the look of some of the kitchens on their website. The design they came up with far exceeded all of the layouts we had already sketched up ourselves, leaving us with a highly functional kitchen that looked amazing too. All of their staff were lovely to deal with and any issues that arose were handled promptly and professionally. We are so happy we decided to use them and would recommend them to anyone.

We were looking for a high quality one shop stop (design, supply, and installation) solution for a fairly high quality kitchen (well over 100k in total) and we thought we had found it when we saw the premier showroom so we arranged for the designer to come out.We had had a couple of designers out and were impressed with (A) from the Willoughby store. We weren’t ready for the process as we were waiting on a decision regarding what walls we could remove etc. which would impact the design but we agreed to tentatively progress and PK also put us in touch with their builder.From the beginning we made it clear we are looking for a full solution provider, and we were told we get that with premier, design consultations, our own project manager, and their own installers, they even had their own factory we were told!We had a draft design made up but we were told we couldn’t take this away until we paid a despot (the first red flag that this company operates on the basis of contracts and T&C’s rather than relationships and trust), but they allowed us to to take a photo so we could go away and consider PK as a provider. Our plans changed once during the building phase but again we were not allowed to take away a plan, but A did offer some good advice on possibilities so we were left to liaise with the builder and do the plans ourselves.When the building works were finalised we went in as promised to finalise our plans (something that would have been a waste of time previously), although A was incredibly helpful as always it became clear during this meeting that the main aim was not to get accurate plans, but for us to hand over a deposit (which we did). We were told by A that we could still change the plans as much as we needed during and after the check measure so we didn’t need to worry about the accuracy of the plans (previously we had been told that when we paid the deposit we would get accurate plans to take away to study and finalise).As we would later learn from other reviews this is where the good service stops. We were handed over to the general manager who arranged to come out and do a check measure. We still hadn’t finalised our appliances at this stage and we asked if it was a problem and he suggested delaying until we had done that so we rescheduled and spent the next few weeks finalising almost 10 appliances. We were told by A that all we had to do was give the appliance model numbers to them and they would take care of everything.When the GM finally come out to do the check measure he turned up with another person, who he didn’t bother to introduce. I asked who he was and he just gave me his name (he failed to disclose his role or why he was there).The following 90 mins were incredibly uncomfortable. I had never met the GM before and I found him rude, disinterested, unhelpful, and sarcastic, the exact opposite of what PK promised during the sales phase. It was so bad, my pregnant wife who was working in the back room came out visibly upset afterwards as she had heard much of the conversation.We have also been in touch with SIRA as they took our deposits without builders warranty insurance, which is a legal requirement for any primary contractor doing works over 20k.Nonetheless, despite all of this I popped into the Drummoyne store about 10 days ago in an attempt to speak to the owners of the business, who I would be as disappointed as we were to discover what the customer experience really looks like. I was promised that one of them would call me the next day, I have not received a call.Our kitchen will now be significantly delayed as we have decided that we do not have the confidence that PK can deliver anywhere close to the dream Kitchen I promised my wife. We have requested our deposit be returned and we will absurd the not insignificant costs of the delays whilst we find a Kitchen company that we can trust.

We are really happy we chose Premier Kitchens. Everyone was great to work with from the welcome we received from Melissa in the showroom, through the design phase with Natalie and then into the construction with Fred and his team. Everyone who came to work at the house was without exception pleasant and the back office administration by Anna was fast and efficient. Ours was a big project and we have been more than happy with the results.

Our journey with Premier Kitchens began with visiting Premier Kitchens' designer Natalie Bristow. Our brief to her was to provide maximum storage and bench space in the limited area available plus we had the added problem of not being able to move the plumbing and drainage in our 19th floor apartment. The renovation was started and completed during Covid with all rules and restrictions in place so there were many additional complications. The kitchen installation was project managed by Living Space Constructions who did a stellar job under the circumstances. We would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Kitchens for quality and service. Our new kitchen is great and we are more than happy with the end result. We love our new kitchen - it has changed the way we live in our home. We are pleased we went to Premier Kitchens as they designed a kitchen and laundry that exceeded our expectations. Joelle designed our kitchen and Fred project managed it. The project was kept on schedule and Fred has a fantastic ‘can do’ attitude - you want him on your team! Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Premier Kitchens. Michelle did an outstanding job at designing our new kitchen and gave us lots of creative suggestions about both design and practical aspects of the project. The construction team, led by project manager Fred, did an excellent job at coordinating all the tradespeople and ensured the job got done on time. To remove the old kitchen and install a brand new one in less than four weeks is nothing short of incredible - and much of that time was spent waiting for our benchtop to be cut, which was out of Premier’s control.There were a few minor errors in the build - as is to be expected with a job of this size - but Fred was extremely obliging and rectified everything without making a fuss, and at no additional expense to us. The quality of their work is impeccable, and I would not hesitate to use Premier again. (We have already recommended them to a number of friends.)

Thank you so much to whole team at premier kitchens. From the moment I went into the showroom where I met Melissa, I was introduced to my designer Michelle. I had an idea of what I wanted based on the other companies I had been dealing with. She refined the design and came up with a kitchen we could only dream of. I have to thank the team at Living Space, especially Fred and Anna for putting up with me and all my concerns throughout the project. I am so delighted to be living with the kitchen I have always dreamed of.

It has been over a year since my kitchen was installed. I am not one who normally writes reviews, but I feel obliged to write this one. My experience with Premier Kitchen has been exceptionally good throughout the whole process from design to installation to after services. They are so pleasant to deal with and the kitchen they installed is exactly what I wished for. They are one of only few kitchen companies can do truly custom made kitchen cabinets and mine was tailored made to suit every inch and corner of the space available. I want to especially thank the design consultant Michelle for her patience and her understanding of my needs and the floor plans. She took time and efforts to help me put my ideas into drawings and allowed me to make millions of changes. I want to also thank Fred and Anna of Living Space Constructions(who delivered and installed the kitchen and organised the after services). They are always willing to help whenever issues arise.

I loved working with Premier Kitchens. With just a few ideas we worked together so well bringing my vision to life. The service was EXCELLENT, so friendly and very accommodating. Nothing was ever an issue. Attention to detail was impeccable. They are perfectionists and delivered far more than I asked in both design and functionality.
