Beautiful little spot, with sandbars everywhere and water on both sides. People come here on horses and go deep inside the ocean.

Nice place for a look around and a swim. We saw turtles coming up the estuary and chasing the fish around. Lots of shells around the place to check out. Plenty of parking. We tried fishing but didn't catch anything.

Nice place to watch sunset and observe the sealife in the mangroves. Has a small and shady playground too.

Seriously they most overrated beach in Australia. I understand it’s the ONLY beach you can swim in Hedland but seriously it’s not that’s great. Pretty sunsets but the midges and mosquitoes will soon ensure you aren’t there long enough to enjoy any sunsets.

We were intrigued by this place because of the awesome name (haha) we loved it here, we spent the whole afternoon here relaxing in the shade by the park and then went down for a beautiful swim. The water is so salty here! Nice place for a pick nick with BBQ, shaded tables in a nice green grass. Beautiful view of the pretty pool. Nice beach for a walk or a swim. Toilets and shower. You don't need anything else.
