Belle Property Parramatta

We have just experienced on of the worst move-in experience with Belle Property Parramatta. We weren't told about the major health and safety issues with the apartment before signing the lease and provided even with incomplete set of keys. Also, the property manager is always unavailable and doesn't get back to us. We are regretting the time we chose Belle Property Parramatta and we advise everyone to stay away for them.

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Agostino, Senior Property Manager at Belle Property Parramatta, and I am absolutely thrilled with the level of professionalism and expertise he brings to the table. If I could give 0 stars, I will.Simon Carson has been my agent and he has released the bond to the tenants in 2 days without consulting the landlord. Completely unprofessional!! Landlords beware of Simon Carson. Do not under any circumstance have him as your agent. I have attached photos that the tenant has done towards the apartment that he has claimed to be general wear and tear on a building that is less than 10 years old. He did a sloppy job in the final inspection and didn’t pick up any of the damages

I have been a renter for decades and have worked with many real estate agents and landlords. A gas pipe burst under the block, and our Belle real estate guy (through their excellent trades people) sorted it out quickly. My personal experience with Belle has been excellent.

Belle are a true pleasure to work this. George and Moses have been extremely helpful, proactive, prompt, informative, professional and detail oriented. I felt like they truly cared about my investment property and finding the best tenant for me. I would highly recommend Belle Parramatta to anyone!

We have had Saydi and the team at Belle Property Parramatta as the rental agent for our property since 2014, and her support has been impeccable all the time. The tradespeople enlisted by Saydi and her team are always efficient and reasonable, such that the tenants never have issues to worry about. Once a trade person needed access, and Saydi drove to the place during her lunch break to open the place up. We have no hesitation in recommending Saydi and BPP to anyone who needs a good agent, whether you are a landlord, a tenant, a vendor or a buyer.

MUST READ! BP PARRA IS BY FAR THE BEST IN GIVING YOU THE MINIMAL OR LESS! 5 STARS! Do ask for additional time to inspect the house as the property manager has done a poor job for mine. It is my first time renting a house so I had overlooked many things without the right experience for this. DO NOT depend on their condition form. It misses out a lot of important details like the functionality of the windows and cleanliness of hidden corners and ventilators. The property agent can also leave some lights unchecked if electricity was not running during the check. Tenants have to do it themselves.I have been trying to settle into my rented house since 2/5/2023. We have a contract that suggests, no pets are allowed. However, I find dog fur on my curtain and trash including dog food when cleaning the house (window ledge and kitchen floor gaps). Half my windows are not functional as the locksmith shared that the wood has expanded and the seams were painted over during the recent renovation. 3 out of 7 windows remain sealed 1 month past the date of contract. With reference to the pictures, I have zoomed into my toilet lights that can be seen with building dust and potentially mould (slippery statement cause I am too short to check it) taken weeks ago and the toilet window is faulty.One of the best things that has finally been completed is the tilting stove and oven. It was completed one month after moving in. (Refer to picture for the actual state when temporary legs were removed). However, I found that the drawer below the oven had burnt plastic bags left behind by the previous owner. In between the stove and table top, I found dirt that includes broken pieces of ceramics, thick layer of dusts and food that resembles dog food (refer to picture).I have tried tireless attempts to follow up on the problems I have with my current proper manager, S.T. and leasing manager, M. They sent me a receipt that cleaning was done on 21/4/23 (1 day before the house inspection open to public) to proof that they have arranged for cleaning but terribly failed to ensure the standards of the service and expects me to clean it or accept it as the place was leased that way.M was fast and effective at collecting rent at first. He replies emails within the same day or 1 working day and chases me for payments to be completed. However, S. T. takes at least 2 but usually more working days to get back to my emails and misses calls when she is onsite and not in the office. I believe that she has been busy with other properties and did not avoid my messages and emails. She clearly conveyed to me that tenants are expected to manage their own rented properties and was told to clean my own curtains and bathroom ventilation or accept them the way they were leased. Nowadays, she only follow up and respond when given at least 2 or more prompts, stretching tasks from days to weeks.S. has tendencies to miss out on details raised via emails. Calling is better but I have to follow up with emails in case she forgets what has been said. All these are done at the cost of my time.I sincerely wish that she receives the same quality of service she offers to me in all aspects of her life for wasting my time, frustrations, and renting a house that is not ready to me. I have already cleaned the curtains and dust that is within my reach as a favour to the next tenant and my current landlord.------Made payment of the rental bond late apr 2023 before I could receive the house key. I was called on 13 jun 2023 and was accused of not doing so. They even lodge a report against me before checking thoroughly._____Update: I have been reading the reviews with lower ratings. I will update this post regarding my attempt to get my bond returned at the end of the lease.

Chris and his skilled team helped make the sale process simple and easy and my house sold above the expected price at auction! My experience was great from start to finish, thanks to Chris Sahyoun. He meets all expectations. I highly recommend him!!

Stella Taktikos and Andrew really looked after us very well. Any issues with our rental property was dealt with very professional and promptly.They made our stay at the particular property enjoyable unfortunately we had to move due to personal reasons. I have stayed with lots of property agencies I would say you can't find as professional and caring as Belle Property . Belle Property gives U peace of mind and no hustle accommodation
