Thanks so much for an easy and quick response to my correspondence! I ordered a custom design order and they sent specifications within an hour! I was so impressed with communication and commitment to service also. Once approved they sent it the next day! There was a little hiccup with the courier service due to covid (not their fault) but they corrected it straight away and their honest and upfront dealings was very refreshing. I would highly recommend them as they are very professional. I am a business owner and appreciate when people have the same approach. Cheers and the screen is really well made and fits perfectly!

I cannot recommend JYCA Workshop highly enough. I recently purchased an item from them which arrived damaged, most likely from the courier. I contacted the company and immediately they rectified the problem, sending a replacement the same day. The communication has been excellent, and their customer service is incredible. I will definitely be a long term customer based on this experience!

You are about to read the comments from a probably 5th time buyer of JYCA, yes, you heard correctly. I first noticed them on eBay because they sold a laptop acrylic riser which fitted the smaller display cabinet from Fantastic Furniture I bought and because I wanted to increase the number of shelves to display my models. They fitted perfectly! Instead of the obligatory 4 shelves, I have now 8!Well, not long ago, I bought the larger glass display cabinet and guess what, I needed to increase the number of shelves of the cabinet. I looked around and found nothing and I thought, why not, I see if it’s possible to make a large acrylic riser about 775 x 360 x 175 mm. I left an email detailing the size on a sample pic to JYCA. I got a reply on the same day and after some discussions to check on sizes and what will be on such a large riser, they said it is safe and possible and quoted me the cost, all done within the one day.I gave the go ahead and the next day, I got a tracking number and in about a week, I got the 4 risers all delivered in perfect condition and boxed perfectly. I was so happy. Thank you JYCA for such a wonderful buying experience and for your guidance and advice and most of all, the excellent customer service! Thank you! I can now display twice as many items!!

Within 12 hours of my enquiry I had a custom made sneeze guard delivered to my door. I was incredibly impressed with the quick response time and prompt production and delivery of the product.

I have placed multiple orders with Jyca .I normally order 3mm mirror acrylic.The quality is great and it cuts like butter.I'm in Sydney and Jyca is in Melbourne.My orders have arrived between 2 to 4 days depending on the time of the year.I have searched pricing and mirror acrylic can vary but Jyca's prices are the best.I'm a happy customer that will return again.Regards,FionaCustomisehq.com.au
