Staff are pleasant and honest . They’re always happy to serve everyone regardless of how little u buy . Seafoods and fish are always fresh and if not , there’s always a sign where they came from and if it’s thawed . Highly recommended Fish Monger .

We bought some mussles and clams. While the mussles were good , the clams were off. As soon as we put them in water they fully opened, which is a sign that they weren't fresh. We bought fish from this shop before, sometimes it was good, sometimes it wasn't.

The staff members has bad attitude when a customer asked a few basic questions, especially the lady with mid-lenght short hair and a young guy with a spectacle, behind the counter cutting the fish. They were gossiping and micmicking the customer's action. As a bystander saw and heard the conversation...those staffs need to reflect their behaviour and really rude

Bought salmon yesterday and the salmons smell super bad.. i usually buy from here. But it's already twice I've got a smelly fish. I will not buy from here again!!!!

My family and I are very satisfied with the quality of the seafood in this place. The service provided by all the staff at this place is also very high standard. Very friendly service was also provided to us by their staff. They really value customers. Also, they are very patient. In terms of cutting, really perfect. I am very happy to shop here.

I've been buying seafoods from Fish Pier Point Cook for many years. Often times, their seafood is top level. Customer service is very very good too. I can observe that Sunny and his team put in a lot of honest work.P.S. I'm a home chef. Oftentimes, I get my seafood from Fish Pier Point Cook. Always a winner! Make your pick, and give their seafood a try!
