Balconies Lakeside Self Catering Accommodation (Book Direct)

An unforgettable experience. We stayed 5 nights and loved everything about Balconies. Michael and Russell were very welcoming. The room very clean and had every amenity one could need, including a coffee machine, divine bathroom amenities, balcony with amazing views, very comfortable king sized bed and the best home made breakfast in Daylesford ! It was the breakfast reviews which helped us decide on choosing Balconies over the many other accommodations around the lake. I hope the new owners pay as much attention to guests' comfort and needs as the current owners do.

I am in Daylesford for my 50th Birthday Sojourn and Balconies Lakeside has been the perfect place to lay my head in between lovely meals, brunches, wanders and spa dates. The rooms are comfortable, clean-clean and just lovely spaces. The owners and staff have been so wonderful and just made my stay that little extra special. The Aged Aunt and I will definitely be back to enjoy Daylesford and we will definitely be booking ourself a Balconies Lakeside studio room or cottage to R&R in. Thank you so much for making my, what I call, F-wording Fabulous 50th Sojourn just perfect!!

By far the warmest, most beautiful B&B we've been to. Michael and Russell are delightful and more than happy to go above and beyond for us as we had just got engaged. Great food, comfy bed and such a relaxing atmosphere. We will be back for sure.

Spent a tranquil weekend at Balconies relaxing by the lake.Close enough to walk into the town centre; far enough away to be quiet and private.Our room was very well appointed, and the rose garden that leads down to the lake is beautiful.Speaking of the lake, so good to be able to walk outside and go for an instant lakeside walk, with a short delay at a local cafe on the way.I'm not a huge fan of Daylesford, but I am definitely a huge fan of Balconies.

WOW perfect from when we walked in the door and walked out no detail over looked with a great breakfast a must have. Michael & Russel great chatty and make you feel at home and full of info on local area. A must add to you bucket list. The Boathouse & Lake house a must to drop in for evening meal. Many Thanks

Balconies would have to be the Best B & B in Daylesford.Nothing is left to chance and has been tastefully designed for YOUR comfort. Magnificent in every room - From the King Size Bed to the Coffee Pods & the Bath Soap & ShampooHOWEVER - What makes Balconies stand out above ALL others is the Breakfasts.. BLAT.. Scrambles Eggs with fresh Smoked salmon, Bacon Egg & tomato in a Brioche Bun..served with OJ - Homemade Muesli , fresh fruit Salad plus toast and local & homemade jams. WOW!!We only hope the New Owners will maintain the same level of excellence which makes Balconies so special and unique - Thank you Michael & Russell for a memorable week. Lovely guest house with views to Daylesford Lake. Very comfortable modern well appointed room with excellent comfortable king size bed. Here's the view from the large balcony of room 2.

Where do we start. My husband and I had 3 nights at this amazing B & B. Russell and Michael are the perfect hosts, they were informative, funny and went above all expectations to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast and service was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. We loved everything about our stay and would recommend everyone see this beautiful lakeside view. We stayed in room 1 and it was beautiful, cosy and very modern. The bed, linen and furnishings were exceptional. Close to the walking tracks and a short drive to the lovely eateries Daylesford have on offer.
