Called up about gloves. Was told to order online. Out of stock. Asked if they could order in and was unable to find item. Wasn't given any option and told to just Google it and find them" rude just rude."

Poor range of stock. Twice now they have taken name and number to order in products ($1500+) twice now have had no contact after a week despite assurances that they will contact by end of day. I would like to shop locally but these people cannot be bothered providing any customer service at all. Order from Sydney or Brisbane and have your stuff shipped. Its cheeper and faster.
