Mr Festoon Lights

Great service, Greats products. Ryan was very informative in answering all my questions and very patient. He posted same day as payment on Friday and package arrived on Tuesday (24/12/20) to QLD. You cannot find better quality festoons. Hung them and the 1w LEDS gave off more light that I thought. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for" is true...Thanks again ... UPDATE....Ordered a year later (6/1/2021) for additional strands

As an electrical contractor I am a bit wary when customers specify what lights they want installed. I ordered the low voltage lights the customer wanted to go over a pool area and they hadn't been delivered in the timeframe discussed when ordering (no fault of Mr festoon as I had a tracking number and could see it was picked up when they said it was sent). I had a customer screaming at me to get the job done before an important party they had planned and was readying myself for a prolonged duration before the lights would arrive. One call to Ryan and he resent the order express post, I received it 2 days later installed it and had a very happy customer. Thanks

I purchased some festoon lights last year and they look incredible. Very good, durable quality and easy to instal. A few of the bulbs blew and when I went to order new ones, the customer service team simply sent me out new ones under warranty without charging me. When buying more festoon lights, we will definitely purchase from Mr Festoon Lights.

So here is how it goes with these guys - they supply a dodgy product which results in smashing bulbs all over the place and in the pool - how lucky it was the party hadn't started THEN Ryan the owner of Mr Festoon claims his product meets the Australian Standards by sending a copy of a certificate from CHINA!!!! This simply means maybe some have been tested NOT all. What a foolish supplier of products. ALL purchasers should note these products have not been tested in AUSTRALIA!!!!!

Could not be happier with the customer service and the product. 2x15m lights with 1w bulbs. Ryan was so helpful over the phone, waiting while I measured things and talked it through against the pictures I’d emailed him of the patio.For a novice needing some hand holding, these guys were perfect. Half the price Glow Worm and way more customer assistance. They were posted and arrived in Brisbane in 2-3 days. You can tell it’s a high quality product too. Thanks Ryan!

I purchased some of the low voltage festoon lights from Ryan, he was very helpful and easy to work with. The look great and were good quality.

Easy to use website. Delivered well packed and in good time. They look like they are well made, and the rubber gasket, or sleeve around the base of the bulb is quite tight, so I am thinking reasonably water resistant. . I am currently basking in the glow of the 4 watt round Edison bulbs, plus the missus loves them.
