Enjoy Red Rooster food but staff here are always a let down. Rarely polite or helpful. Never seem to have that deal at this store". Was once a regular there but it is really obvious that it's a franchise that's going under. Possibly poor customer service has trickled down from how they are being treated from higher up. But definitely would not recommend to anyone."

If you cut down salt, I'd have bought crispy chicken more often. It's way too salty compared to KFC.I'm very reluctant to revisit because of this.

Seriously thought Red Rooster will just slowly die off. But their fried chicken" is a must have. The crispiness is maintained and I've been multiple times. It's as good as Korean fried chicken - Highly recommend."

Came here to grab a few large chips for the kids to snack on after a funeral before going on peak freeway traffic. Used to live locally and have many memories surrounding this place so was nostalgic to see them still going.The service was good, the chips were hot and fresh, and it was nice to visit the drive-thru again without bursting into hysterical tears due to being pregnant and getting charged $2 for mayonnaise.My only gripe would be that they no longer do their cheeseburgers and, while I can no longer eat them, I know a few people that are quite disappointed by this. But I feel this issue is the result of a decision at a higher level, and not just this store (although some will still make them).If you aren't after anything fancy or want something different, they are worth the visit but as fast food goes, they are a little spendy.Is always a nice treat for the kiddies, too.

My family choose this Red Rooster outlet even though we have some closer as they have better service{people that deem they care for their customers) more than other outlets. quantity of food is more value

I bought a medium chips and at first thought they had changed the seasoning because the chips sticking out of the box had green specks. I ate the box and half an hour later I felt sick (I hadn't eaten anything else for a couple hours). Seems suspicious. I won't be going to Red Rooster Rowville again, and probably won't be super keen to have food from any of their restaurants.

The crows really enjoyed the chicken bits as I ate. There's something funny about birds eating birds. The chicken was moist and will cooked. The chips weren't quite as good as I like but they were pretty good. There was a real moist towelette, not like those hint of moisture things that you get from Ken's chicken over the road. Always a vaguely amusing experience.

Bad experience I ever had at red roasterI order online. I get there on time to collect.I asked about my order the lady at front said being prepared. I said okay, time went pass to 30 minutes. Than I asked her again she said ohh sorry that was ready but she forgot to call me to pick. I was like are you serious ? She didn’t even apologise.Bad ReED ROASTER ever been in.
