Gave 5 stars originally but have to reduce it to two as these guys' false information caused a lot of headaches for me and incurred lots of unnecessary costs. Turkish airlines did not release my baggage because these guys careless instructions for filling out the form in Sydney. I had to spend nearly 1000 dollars and wait several days in Istanbul to get the paperwork fixed and release my cargo. I recommend doing your research and making sure the info you fill out in the forms conforms with the destination's rules and regulations.
