Kustom Timber Mornington have been amazing and our new Alta European Oak floorboards are the perfect choice for our house. The whole experience has been enjoyable and managed very well by Mark and Hayden who have years of expertise in the business. Madison from the new Mornington showroom is a pleasure to deal with. She has great product knowledge and communicated regularly so everything ran very smoothly. We were impressed with Brent’s installed on the boards and his craftsmanship with our custom stairs that Mark helped design. Thank you very much to all involved. We are so happy with the final results and we’ll be sure to recommend Kustom Timber to anyone looking for the perfect floorboards for their home.

One of the Best flooring companies I have ever dealt with. Accommodated our ever unreasonable request . Have to thank each member of their team that I dealt withMaddy - Fantastic customer relations , support and details explanations .Justin- Again wonderful human who bent backwords to accommodate our unreasonable time lines and request. He made the his team members work well with the builders team and accommodated their requests aswell.Akyl- This supperman pretending to be a floor installer. Worked long hours to cut the timeline to save days off the shedule on our request.Rahul and Tristan were equally good.I'm over the moon with this company and would recommend to anyone.But I do have to say one one issue I didn't like. Which is the restocking cost is extremely high to an extent it's almost cheaper to hold excess stock without returning. PLEASE RE THINK THIS POLICY because it's you who decide the quantity needed. Not us. U should not over estimate and then charge customers to re stock them.Other than that small issue. You ll are the best.Thank you for the fantastic job done.Kilan

Our dark coloured stairs were ruined- scratched, paint faded or rubbed off, and looked old and tired. The work carried out was phenomenal, and the stairs are back to new! The tradesman was wonderful and I felt very comfortable with them in my home for the day, he kept me informed at all times, and did an amazing job! Thankyou!!

I cannot rate Kustom Timber highly enough. As a female, dealing with some flooring companies was intimidating and stressful. The team at Kustom Timber- particularly Erin and Angus- made my home renovations a brilliant experience from start to finish. I am so happy with the quality of the floors, and the speed with which the team finished the job (particularly in the current market). Highly recommended!

One word; WOW!Cannot thank Mark, Jason and Heidi enough for what they helped us create @ The Blacksmith Bar on Swan Street in Richmond. From the endless discussions to the installation Mark and his team were flawless. Bluestone Lane was installed in 2019 on the ground floor when we first opened, and it’s had a hard life from Richmond Grand Final celebrations to endless function and events the floor has stood the test of time trading 6 days per week. We recently developed a private function space above the ground floor, so we got Mark and his team back to again discuss options. Could not go past the Bluestone Lane floor as it’s just been so robust, so we opted again for the upstairs to be installed the same. An absolute pleasure to deal with and cannot speak more highly of Kustom Timber. Come down and see how the floor still presents like its brand new. Week after week of putting through hundreds and hundreds of people; in remains perfectly presented!
