Unfortunately I did not get the name of the lovely staff member that helped me and my parter this evening in Belconnen, however she was incredibly helpful and delightful. Took the pain out of suitcase shopping. This women deserves a pay rise.

I encountered a very unhelpful staff member here. I was interested in buying a suitcase and asked if she knew the checked luggage dimensions for domestic flights. She scowled, said no and walked off. I was surprised a staff member of a luggage store wouldn’t know this and disappointed at both her attitude and lack of an offer look this up for me (as other Strandbags stores have done previously). I did not make a purchase here and will not return.
