Avoid this agency if you can. Agent lies on your face during inspection and doesn’t even look at you in the eyes, maybe too busy scrolling his phone with fancy car as a wallpaper. On top of that they keep sending you offer even with prices reduced and when you try to talk to them, never reply. There are much better and more understanding agents around!

Although we didn't apply for the first property, James followed up and reassured us that he would help us find a home. This comment is often taken with a grain of salt, particularly in the present market, and so we were pleasantly surprised to be contacted a few days later with a possible match. After a private viewing, we took the property and James was transparent, respectful, and communicated regularly throughout. I cannot recommend him more. James attention to detail, openness and genuine approach sets a benchmark for other agents to follow.
