Could really do with a bit of roadbase and/or gravel and a grade. Massive potholes everywhere not just in the dirt areas but also the sealed areas. Need the suspension travel and clearance of a monster truck just to get through.

Lady at front gate just let's everything down. Extremely rude and tact. The others on front gate are awesome and rest of the people are very helpful, kind and makes it a pleasure. If you can make it past the gate it's 5 stars

I am a frequent visitor to this Recovery Park and every time I leave I am impressed by the generosity of the staff. I have never unloaded the trailer alone as in between their set tasks, a staff member always finds time to assist.

Couldn’t agree with Paul more.The lady at the weight bridges essentially yells at you through the window and is rude and impatient.She always seems to charge me and extreme amount more then the other pleasant guy.Sometimes cheaper going to a transfer station then the actual landfill facility.

I went to purchace a number of used glasses and plates from the shop. It is such a rip off. You cant bargain. In alot of cases its cheaper to buy brand new. I think you get better value and choice from Drop and Shop in Byford

Lady at the gate wanted us to pay $50 to drop stuff off for THEM to sell in their recycle shop how does that make sense they are getting stuff for free that they can sell but they want us to pay. No wonder people dump their trash on the side of the road.

The staff I encountered at this facility went out of their way to make my visit; safe, informative and helpful. I was guided to my destination by a front end loader, who then covered my back from very large truck’s whilst sorting my load. Total Appreciation. Thank You.

Haven't been to this facility for quite a while. Feel like I made 3 new friends. Bunch of workers very happy to help and very safety conscious in a considerate way. Never even considered going to the tip could be such an enjoyable experience.
