Grumpy older guy there has disgraceful customer service skills, just shocking! He need some serious coaching in basic customer service. However, if you want great service then speak with the younger chap Darren, he's really good, knows his stuff and nothing is too much trouble. If it was not for Darren I'd be giving a 1 star rating and not using the place.
