Such an awesome experience. The hosts are so caring and are genuinely there to help you. Making cheese is surprisingly quite the challenge but the limitless bubbles help out hire a lot!

What a fun class! Great idea for a date or an outing with friends. We did the halloumi class which was fun and delicious. They served bottomless bubbles and kept our drinks topped up. I highly recommend!

Omnom Cheese Making
I booked spots in the Mediterranean cheese making class for my boyfriend’s birthday, and we had the BEST time. Marly is a fantastic teacher - warm, organised, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic to equip you with the skills and confidence to make cheese at home. I made the halloumi the very next day (with the same delicious results), and look forward to making the other recipes again soon! Highly highly recommend! Definitely keen to go to another class to learn some other cheese types too!

Omnom Cheese Making
We had a nice time at the burrata and bubbles class and it’s something fun to do for a change. Note that 3/4 quarters of the class you have gloves on and your hands are wet so you don’t necessarily have capacity to drink your bubbles during that time, so the drinks are more for the first 30 mins of the class (topped up during that time) and then get put away without a final top- up during cheese making. Of course not the reason you go to the class but something to be mindful of when considering the price ($99pp). The teacher was lovely and the cheese I made was pretty good, the class went very fast though. It would also be good to get a reminder a few days before that it’s coming up and the details on byo snacks (we were the only pair that brought any).

Omnom Cheese Making
My cousin and I attended the Mozzarella, Haloumi & Ricotta class last night and we really enjoyed it. We both LOVE cheese, and thought that it would be fun to do something different for our catch-up than just dinner out. When first handed the recipes with detailed methods, we were overwhelmed and thought that it looked too hard and too time consuming however Marley really broke the steps down and displayed just how easy it was. At the end of the class we got to do some taste testing of the cheese on it's own but also paired with other complimentary foods. All in all we thought it was wonderful value for money and have to say that freshly home-made cheese tastes SO much better than store bought. We both bought kits at the end of the night and can't wait to show our Italian Nonna our home-made cheese making skills at the next family function.

Me and my partner spent a great afternoon at the Tramsheds making 2 kilos of cheese - the warning that it was 'a lot of cheese to get through' hasn't been a problem so far, as it's all delicious. Fun, lively, informative and very hands on. All while sipping bubbles. Highly recommended to anyone wondering how to make cheese and have fun at the same time.

I took the Burrata and Bocconcini class, and absolutely loved it. I’ve been trying to make mozzarella style cheese at home without success. The tips and tricks during the explanation gave me the confidence and I left the class with 1kg of cheese to take home.Super good value for money with the bottomless bubbles and the nice and stylish environment.Highly recommend for foodies, couples and corporate… let’s see if I can convince my team to come with next time :P

Mozzarella cheese making with mimosas was a wonderful experience. Bought as a gift for a birthday, this was a lot of fun and exciting way to spend a morning. Learned heaps about how to DIY mozzarella making at home - surprisingly simple!
