Price Right Curtains & Blinds

We wanted to replace our office blinds for a long time. We were confused about where to get the blinds from. Then a close family friend recommended Price Right Blinds. First of all, I got very confused as they really have an extensive collection, you name a style and they have it in front of you in few seconds. But, then we finally shortlisted. With our budget constraints, I think the blinds that I selected for my office definitely turned out to be value for money. Thanks, team! You really have a great collection.

I was on a really tight deadline and had never engaged the services of Price Right Blinds before. I was so pleasantly surprised at how quickly they arranged everything. Greg and their blinds fitter have been nothing but pleasurable to work with. The blinds look so good and I cannot be more pleased. Will recommend to everyone!

I’ve got all our window furnishings through Price Right over the years both for a house in Melbourne and a house in Geelong. Sophie has always been amazing with her customer service and has helped us choose the best possible design. The install team have always been punctual and efficient. Highly recommend!

Poor quality & they use your credit card to pay the balance without your consent and before you even receive your blinds/curtains. The bank refunded me after investigating. They have not replaced the faulty blinds either. Go elsewhere!

Terrible customer service and incredibly slow turnaround times. I was provided with an expected completion date within 6 weeks of invoice being paid. Half of my invoice was completed after 3 months. I then requested a time frame for the remaining blinds to be installed. No communication was provided. When there was correspondence it was evasive to the point where i wasn't confident that the remaining blinds to be installed actually existed. After 3 weeks of poor communication from this company i threatened to escalate my complaint with fair trade. After this the blinds were installed. If you don't want to bother with the hassle of going through a complaint process to receive something you have already paid for then don't bother with this company.....

We have recently renovated our home and we were looking for drapes to complement our new interiors. We started with some online options but got no success there. We loved their collection. They had so much variety. Plus, they really look into your needs and provide you with a customised solution that you are bound to love. Thank You Price Right Blinds; you really helped us with our beautiful drapes. They are exactly the way we wanted.

I never bother reviewing business' but please AVOID this Company.We had to take our issues to VCAT as Greg the owner did not want to acknowledge his product was not fit for purpose as required by consumer law and VCAT, and his initial recommendations were poor and ill considered. We were successful at VCAT on all our points, but Greg had to be followed up for each step of repayment as well.
