Had my flute serviced multiple times by Flute & Flutists. The service and quality is excellent. Very professional. The staff is very kind! The last time I got my flute serviced here, I needed it to be performance ready for a school concert and they managed to it shipped to the shop and back within a week ish. I definitely would recommend Flute and Flautists to any people who need to get their flute serviced!

Their service department ( Meryl and her team ) is amazing, very efficient and great communication all the way! I sent my daughter's flute for repair. Meryl texted me when she received my daughter's flute, then emailed me to let me know when they will complete the repair and texted me when she posted it back. I will definitely utilise their exemplary services again! Thank you Meryl and team and Mark too for passing me onto Meryl. You have a great team.

My daughter needed to upgrade to a semi-professional flute, which is not an insubstantial investment, and Mark provided the most amazing service to assist us in our purchase. We had two, one hour, sessions with him where he patiently guided us through the process of choosing the best instrument for my daughter. He made her feel at ease and led us through the various ranges and tone qualities that we should be listening for. He never rushed us or made us feel pressured. He educated us along the way. I can't recommend him enough. It was a wonderful experience and my daughter now has the best instrument for her and sounds amazing! THANK YOU
