Great store. The guys here are so helpful. They spent so much time helping put together the right board. Not only did Hamish assemble it, he ran through step by step ‘how to’ showing my son the right way to do it. All whilst under the pump with other things happening in store. Highly recommended.

Visited the Miranda store with my son today as his board needed some new bearings. Service we received was exceptional. Will definitely visit again.

I bought a shirt for a family member from the Melbourne store and I brought it to Sydney. It didn’t fit my family member so I decided to take it into this store. It had the tag and the receipt. As a fellow retail worker I thought the store did exchanges for sizes or a different shirt. Then staff said they don’t do exchanges and I have to go back to Melbourne and exchange it. I bought it in the city by the way. So I found it very suspicious about what they said. Luckily I live in Melbourne, so I took it to Highpoint Fast Times. And I told them what happened. The answer I got was not surprising but very disappointed. They said that ALL fast times uses the same POS systems and they should’ve helped me.The staff for Fast Times Highpoint is soo amazing they apologised to me even though it wasn’t their fault and unluckily no store had a different size I wanted to change to but they told me just pick anything and we happy to change it over for you.I don’t want anyone to get in trouble for this but a serious talk about it. Just imagine if I was living in Sydney instead and the staff told me to go back to Melbourne.But I will visit at this store again and talk to the manager.

Amazing, The Staff was amazing with a positive attitude and helped my brother get the best affordable board and helped explain what all the details were since we are new to skateboarding, 100% Recommend!!!
