Coffee machine always broken and fruit flies everywhere. Disgusting. Staff nice.

The girl at the counter overcharged me $96, she didnt say anything until i asked for receipt. She told me it should in your account immediately. It didnt show up then when i called she said 24 hours, after 24hours no refund. I called today the guy said 48 to 72 hours. Absolute the worst servo in sydney!!

They got 2 coffee machines.. but only one works. What’s the point of being an convenient store if its only inconvenient.

Just giving 3 stars. Everything is great, but coffee counter should have at least sanitiser. So no cross contamination during preparation of food. And wipes for donuts tongs, a signage that says wipe ever after use. Just a suggestion

Today I filled up gas over there I need to toilet there I ask the key for toilet. They refused me and said someone forgot key inside . Good excuse as usual. This is Pakistani and Indian customer service on 7 eleven.

I love 7-11 coffee but I avoid going here as I use equals in my coffees and if you ask for them here they act like they cost a million bucks each, I had to go there the othér day so I took my own equals from home as I know what a drama it is asking for them there, but one mustve fallen out of my pocket and I had to ask for another one, he saw i had some in my hand, my ones from home and he said that i had enough and refused to give me more.Great service.An update, even though I haven't been here since the equal episode, I did go back recently and no joke I tuckd my jumper in my pants and the guy accused me of stealing, I know it sounds like I have it in for them but this did happen. I was mortified as he said it around lots of people.

They don't honor seven eleven apps pricing by giving me excuse that system is down. When I said i am only paying locked Price. He said I have to leave my mobile phone with him when I disagree with him and ask him to call police all of the sudden their system is working agay. I think they intentionally useing excuse that their system is down so they can force customer to pay full price.Avoid this service station. I will be complaing to seven eleven as well

Great pit stop for gas, air and coffee. Usually not crowded.

Came here and went to pay using my tap immediately my card was block bank flagged this place as suspicious, when i went inside and told the clerk immediately goes into denial and says cant be on thier end it has to be mine ,yeah my end just blocks any atempt at suspicious activity ,sorry buckaroo im gonna trust my bank that is their job to protect my money from scammers ,stay away this place obviously has a card skimmer on their eftpos machine hence why the bank blocked them.
