Worst place to shop at . A good reason on why our area is known as the place for infamous scums . The workers don’t know hot to treat customers with respect what’s so ever . I came to the following shop today at 7am which is the time the place should have opened and they delayed opening the doors 20+ minutes because they “lost the keys”. Had everyone waiting outside like peasants, no apologies what’s so ever: will never be coming here again

This has been a terrible and disgusting experience considering how much I shop at Woolworths and the amount of frozen fruits especially raspberries I consume daily. I cannot emphasise how disgusting this has made me feel when I found lots of worms in the frozen raspberries

Crowded mall, especially when we were there on a Monday. Thanks were organised nicely so very easy to shop here. The carpark is also convenient with plenty of spaces underground.

The store is fine, much like any other Woolies. The public toilets thou leave a lot to be desired. They are always disgusting and often so not even work.

I never have any problem with this store & customer service until today 31/5/23 9:45am, that lady in cashier who served me was rude.. I asked her do she has any $2 Vegemite for my changed & she said no, but 1 old customer in front of me also asked for Vegemite coins & she checked for her & asked her to went to the next counter, she said they might have it but to me she told me to came back at 11am or 12pm, i will never go to her if i saw her next time in woolworth.. I went back there before 10:30am & I got 5 of it from different lady..

This is what happened when you have manager who care less and years of neglectwith Do not buy in big packet because it cost you more even when they save on packaging. Essential sugar cost more per kilo in 3 kilo pack $3.80 than 2 kilo pack $2.20.

Always packed and not very clean. Stuff all over the place. Never enough cashiers on for the amount of customers there are

Please make sure, the checkout person gives you back all of your items you've paid for, before you leave the counter. Otherwise you would drive back to them from your home to get your missing item back. It happened to me today on the Express checkout. A girl scanned the item and charged me but didn't not return a full baby wipers box to me. I'm very disappointed because she wasted my time and I had to drive back all the way from home to Woolworth. Unfortunately my baby was also admitted in the hospital and I was in rush to go there from my home.

I wasn't going to write a review but I was in the Drinks Isle and asked for some Apple Mango and a Mr Khalil, working hard, stops and points them out and then shares his wealth of knowledge as though I had tapped into some encyclopedia. We had quite a discussion about health and diet and he did make a few sales for the company and sold me on a number of things. I don't know why this guy is stacking shelves. I felt like I got a free consultation from a health professional. I know what he was saying and didn't just swallow bait. He knows his stuff.
