First off I would just like to say this is the most engaged and easy to deal with company I have EVER dealt with! We were in contact several times back and forth to get my piece customized just the way I wanted (and trust me it wasn’t easy since the pictures I sent weren’t the greatest that we were trying to color match my hair too) they are super quick to respond and answer any questions. Once I received my piece, it was beautiful! Even the packaging is nice. It did need a little trim on the bangs (and I anticipated that but I was afraid to tell them to cut more off on the off chance we cut too much - so I got my hairdresser to trim the bangs more for me). But it’s more than I could have hoped for! They also send you so many informative videos and info on everything you need to know from storing to, styling, and care of your hair. I can’t wait to get another one!!!

I have been researching alternative hair for months. As I’ve aged and with thyroid issues my hair has thinned dramatically. I’ve tried tape ins, clip ins which were ok, but they pull on any of the existing hair you have. So then I decided on a hair topper. There are quite a few out there in different price ranges and quality. I noticed most are geared for younger women, so at 65 it’s difficult to imagine any of them working for me. But I continued to watch you tube videos and researched excessively. I learned a lot from Lacie Rodriquez (she is so informative and such a beautiful soul) and from Lusta Hair. The girls at Lusta are “AMAZING”! They provide so much information in forms of videos, their website, YouTube, instagram, FB, email newsletters, and they supply the answers to so many questions, some you would never think of! When you DM or email them they are there to answer and help. So, I decided to go with a Lusta hair topper. They also provide wigs. Are they on the high end of price, yes, but it’s an investment of something that will make you feel more confident about yourself. And the quality is outstanding. And not to mention the add ons that are available. They offer a Lusta signature Cut, Lusta thinning and softening cut, and custom cuts which are so helpful if you don’t have a good stylist in your area to go to. They also offer custom coloring. They have a “Get it offer” which is when you do an one on one virtual chat and there are free returns, no restock fees, no shipping fees (of course custom orders are exempt). That in itself is an outstanding offer. Being based in Australia was scary too since I’m from the US, but all went well. I didn’t do the virtual chat, just emails and I did get the thinning and softening cut. So knowing that I couldn’t return it was scary! But…..wow I am so happy I took the plunge! The topper is beautiful, I ordered the Dark brunette Balayage 9x9, 16 inch topper. The color, the cut, the silk cap were all beautiful and of nice quality! I would like it a little shorter but I’ll wear it for awhile until deciding to get it cut. It does feel strange to have so much more hair on my head, and to wear it out feeling like it does not belong on my head. But it’s comfortable and is starting to feel more natural to me. But all the info, newsletters, and videos Kimberly puts out there helps to build your confidence up and makes you feel like you are making the right decision. You cannot go wrong with a Lusta hairpiece. Next up I may try a wig!
