Evan gave a very detailed quote with no surprises and took the time to sit down and discuss the quote in detail ensuring we understand all inclusions and any exclusions. Evan worked with us step by step throughout each stage of the build. We threw in a few spanners in the works along the way by making certain changes and requesting specific additions. He would provide his professional opinion and confirmed we understood any requirements. Throughout COVID lockdowns & building industry lockdown, Evan continued to source materials and progressed with the build. He maintained the original quote price even when supply costs began to soar (in some cases by 40%) and availability of certain products became scarce. Upon finishing the build, the final handover was another check point to ensure we were satisfied. As the saying goes you get what you pay for but with 7 Star Builders we even got far more.
