New Oakleigh Car and Dog Wash - UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

It was a beautiful day today so I thought if take my car down for a bit of pampering as it had what appeared to be seeds on it that were provided by a flying feathered rat the night before.However, the $14 I had spent for the Extreme wash left me extremely disappointed unfortunately.I even spent $2 on the hands on cleaning before hand in an attempt to prewash my car.After all this I inspected the results only to find that the seed like things were still there.So I grabbed a tissue from the glove box (not to cry but) to give it a wipe down. The attendant came over and asked me to move on so I showed him the uncleanliness results of his “Extreme” car wash for him to say “well if you’re not happy with it then don’t come back!” Outstanding professionalism and Customer Service to achieve repetitive business wasn’t his forte shell I say..

The best carwash in Bayside

I've been coming here for years, but after today I won't, the machine swallowed my money, took an extra $1 and then spat all the coins out again! The price on the auto wash keeps going up, $11 for deluxe and $13 for the next level. I chose $11 deluxe. It cost me $12 and I had to fed the machine twice! My car came out dirty all along the doors, and I might add that I pre washed sections of my car prior to going to the car wash. If you want to use your credit card you can only pick the $13 wash, so you're automatically being upsold. This car wash has no attendent so good luck getting your money back if the machines swallow it. Also the place is grotty, could do with a lick of paint, and replacing brush/broom heads in the carwash bays.

I've been coming here for years using the auto car wash. Lots of price hikes in the Deluxe wash (from $11 to $15) but not much added value to show for it.

I have been coming here for years. However, I am extremely unhappy at my recent experience. I brought in my expensive Mercedes Benz into the car wash and my car came away with scratches all over. The brush itself had so much dirt/grit inside it - probably caused by someone washing their greasy engine bay or mud off tyres that it scratched my paintwork. I now have to pay $500+ for it to be polished again. There is no one there to attend to the car wash so if there are any issues this is the only way to be able to say anything.

Carwash was great for value! no scratches and car sparkling clean. I went during staffed hours and they were very helpful and polite, lovely local business

Came back again today, 2 years later and nothing has improved. Touchless drive through car wash is useless.Car came out nearly as dirty as before the so called touch free wash. Laser wash does not dry at all. If u do not get your correct change, or have any other problem, be aware there is no contact phone number and no one on duty. Poor business practice not to have any contact number?? Waste of money was my experience.
