Even though they were fully booked they made a special effort to come out to our house after hours to check a new fridge that had given up. Got it working, and have arranged to run some diagnostics to see what the problem is.

Both our washing machine and dryer were repaired within a week or so, allowing for parts and technician availability. Very pleased with the customer service.

Excellent experience, from the initial call and booking, to the prompt and efficient serviceman :) not cheap for me, but what is anymore? Friendly reliable service, and a working machine is worth paying for.

I ordered online what I thought was 2 oven door springs but it was 2 sets that I had ordered. I was contacted the same day to check I had ordered the correct amount.The communication was great and my springs sent the same day and an email sent to reimburse the extra money.Great service Axial

I bought a brand new panasonic washing machine. The problem started first day. When it spins, the wheel rumbles very irregularly and the drum is shaking a lot. The speed of the spinning is also a bit slow and it’s leaving my clothes very wet. The technician came and checked it out however he said machine is perfectly fine. The actual problem is that the house is made out of lockwood so that’s the reason for the shaking of the washing machine and he believes there is nothing to do to fix. I’ve used my old 2 front lorder washing machine for 10 years and I never had a problem with itI don’t think that the problem is due to my house. I didn’t ask to fix the vibration, I asked him to fix the drum so it spins correctly and doesn’t thump.The man I talked on the phone was very rude. I felt like I was being ridiculed.　I never use this company again.

Didn't end up getting my oven fixed by them as the parts for my oven are too hard to find . But their customer service was great they are very busy but do respond if they have missed your call.

Had an issue with our Parmco oven recently and had two technicians called out. The first may have been new so dont think he diagnosed the problem correctly in which the oven seemed to be switching off when at a certain heat level. He thought the entire oven fan needed replacing... This didnt quite sit with us...So asked for another set of eyes. Megan was awesome and arranged another call out at no extra cost. Two other chaps arrived ( I think one was called Ian?) very promptly and were much more thorough than the first chap.They removed the entire top cover and gas hobs and diagnosed that the problem lay with the top fan that was caught up with grease and was not cooling the top part of the oven - hence the thermostat in the hobs getting too hot. They sprayed it with some CRC (good ole!) and its back in business!I cannot fault their service and would highly recommend them to anyone!(perhaps ask for Ian and his co-worker!)

Ordered a part for an older washing machine online and had it in my hand (shipped across the country) in 2 days. Very happy with that service.
