The main reason for my low score on atmosphere was how dirty the tables were & the bins were overflowing. We had to wipe our tables before using them. Luckily we had wipes in the carI know it can get busy but someone should have been aware of this.

Some friendly staff. Not particularly fond of this store but needed the toilet.They forgot my choccie swirl on my frappeSelf service machines need fixing. Placed an order but couldn't payUpdate: had to wait ages in waiting bay for food and burgers still weren't even fresh

The whole place needs an overhaul. The food is never correct. Chips always luke warm and old.Some of the staff are good but some just need some more training in customer service. It's really not hard to say hello and have a nice day when said to you.

This was pretty bad,how can you stuff up making McDonalds? Large chips not even half full,cheeseburger tasted wrong and dry.nuggets like old cardboard,Big Mac was ok.have eaten maccas in third world countries and it tasted much better than this.

Haven't been in a while due to receiving bad food from there. Well they didn't disappoint this time! Stale cold double quarter pounder and mc chicken. What happened to making them fresh aye McDonald's? I am done with this shop and it's constantly bad food.

Self serve machines were working until you try to use EFT and then they froze. Once out of that they would not print so you could go to the counter and pay. Food was cold and only half full (chips and drink)

It took a long time to get our order then stood around for another 10-15mins waiting for drinks. Then one cup was split so I took it back to just be handed another cup with no communication from them. Food was hot which was good but the chips were under cooked unfortunately. Normally this Macca's is the better one in the bay
