Didn't even attempt a delivery just drove right past me standing out front waiting for the delivery, then updated the website to state undeliverable.Infuriating

My delivery with karmic juice was supposed to arrive today with HDS yet it did not arrive and no call was made to inform me of any change

I have been waiting on a food delivery since Friday the 7th of January. They didn’t deliver and then sent a text on Sunday evening that I would get my delivery Monday. Monday I get a text at 2 pm to say my delivery is expected at 2.10. It never arrived. Then I get a message to say unable to deliver. I have been home on my own with Covid and no food in the house and unable to go out and get any. I have had severe sickness with the Covid and this has been the icing on the cake. I understand staff shortages but to not inform you that your delivery isn’t coming and then to inform you it is and then to inform you 10minutes later it isn’t is such bad service and inhumane

You get about a 10% chance of the driver actually following the delivery instructions. The rest of the time - the box is thrown from the footpath, left in the rain or left in full public view so it gets stolen. Honestly - stop providing the option for delivery instructions so at least there’s no expectations.
