Very relaxing experience as a beginner I found Peta very competent as an instructor and helpful with getting into the particular poses and would recommend Mindful Movers to anyone interested in trying yoga

Great class in a perfect setting.Peta has a gentle and encouraging manner and clearly knows her stuff.The view is superb !!Couldn’t decide between a coffee or a swim after class so decided on both.Thanks for a great start to my day!
