Was assisted by casey through the testing, diagnosis and trial of a cpap machine. Casey was very thorough and explained everything that we needed to know. She demonstrated really good knowledge of the Products and issues. Really helpfull. Terrific customer service, highly recomended

A massive improvement from a few yrs ago. The staff are now faultless, and genuinely care about their clients. They take their time to ensure your needs are listened too, and make sure they find the product that suits the individual best. Great diagnostics - found a fault that a competitor company missed. So glad I know have a local place I can check in with regularly. Is my 3rd time there in recent months for different things and very happy each time with the service Cindy and the staff there provide

Shannon was fantastic i made several visits to try out different head gear she always came through on everything she said she would look into made inquiries for me orded in different size head gear and i received phone calls when the product had arrived she far out performed the lady she replaced which wasn't even close to achieving what Shannon did if you have heard bad reports about this store ignore them because it no longer applies now that Shannon is running the store.

Cindy's service is second to none.She was super friendly and easy to talk to.She answered all my questions promptly and was really helpful in all every appointment.Very happy, I would highly recommend Air Liquide Morphett Vale to anyone that needs their services :)

Issue was resolved a few days later after contacting Air Liquide management.I recently bought a nasal mask from Air Liquide at Morphett Vale. I didn't know that the business had a non-refundable policy and the sales person did not inform me that you cannot return the item after purchasing. When I arrived back after 15 minutes with my sealed, unopened item wanting to return it, the sales person informed me that the store has a refund policy" stuck near the bottom of the counter that states... "we do not *normally* refund if you have simply changed your mind

after initially getting quite good help before the sale the service is somewhat lacking to say the least . things said that will be done just are not and when someone have a weeks leave the office is unmanned . hence 2 stars ....Since posting my review I have been contacted by Air liquide management who have offered their thanks for advising them of my concerns. After a lengthy phone conversation I am convinced they will improve our relationship. I did initially have good service and i am assured and confident in that Air liquide was having a few unavoidable staff issues at that time and things will be better in the future.

Your company van was up my bum the whole drive from Aldinga to Seaford on the 4th of January around 2:30pm despite me driving on the speed limit. Unsafe driving is not cool, tell your drivers to drive safer and with some consideration for others.

Train wreck in customer service. Made an appointment with me then they totally forgot about it. Zero concern about my health. Total concern with making a sale. Contract prices totally different figures to what the salesperson said. They don't see a client with health needs walking in their door - they see a commission. Neither local outlet or national office reply to emails or phone messages. Avoid.
