A place to go for aids for disabled and older folks. They had a reasonable range of products but seemed disorganised. Not all items available were the showroom. The consultant was a bit vague and so not overly informative.

This place is very bad service, we place an order, we have to chase them & push them do an inv, then they said they waiting for $ to hit their acc, then I call to check, the girl on the phone say will contact me to confirm , never rec 1 phone call, then I have to call them 3-4 times, put through many people here no where.Then they received money, they couldn’t bother… notify, until I call again … oh we very sorry…Do not go here. Very bad serviceVoni

Great Staff.Disagree with the policy of NDIS clients having to have all up front payments before getting much needed equipment.A simple phone call like I made would clarify if accounts would pay.This is a place to get items for Disabled persons.

Some of the staff are very nice and friendly and the rest are needing a slight personality adjustment and the items are not always the best quality when they are passed onto the client and have found everytime I got something they have claimed I needed to buy added extras after I have already paid and attempted to receive the item

This place is amazing, their staff is so friendly and helpful, ended up getting beds, gopher, lounge chair and extras through them...would'nt go any where else....they know when I'm coming now haha
