Having found Janelle through FB with no recommendation I was cautious, but no need to be, Janelle was so accommodating and easy to deal with. She sent me pics of my pup Jett to let me know he was ok and he was groomed exactly how I wanted him, he looked amazing and came home super happy, I could tell he was well looked after during his groom. Highly recommend!!

Janelle squeezed us in last minute right before Xmas and did an amazing job! We have a Jack Russell and a large American Akita and I was extremely impressed with the quality of her grooming! Her set up at home is very good and I was very pleased with the kindness and service she provided! We will definitely be going back regularly.Thanks again Janelle. 5 ⭐️

Absolutely amazing!! Super easy to get in touch with. Extremely quick to respond to enquiries. Phenomenal groomer - pupper looks and smells amazing. Very affordable. Can't fault a single thing. The entire service was fantastic from start to finish - highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back.

I went to Janelle for our first time yesterday & got a summer cut for my little girl. It was amazing, she looks unreal! Superb job and prompt with messaging/communication. (Something that lacks in today's world i find, especially coming from the fitness industry on my end (haha))Once again, will definitely be coming back. If I could rate 6 stars, I would!

Janelle has been absolutely fantastic with grooming my dog Arnold.He used to be absolutely terrified of going to the groomers and would spend days post the groom sad and quiet. However since going to see Janelle, Arnold is a completely different dog and is excited to have his bath and haircut. Thanks so much Janelle!
