I reckon this is the best Dan Murphy store! Really big, so you'll usually find what you need in stock - if you order a click and collect, it's always available within minutes and then you can use the drive and collect parking spots. And if you need to go inside, their staff are just so helpful!!

Disgusted with the customer service I received today instore, seen an advertised special today so I thought I would grab it, went to the checkout and was charged a higher price for both items, when I told the store person it was advertised at a lower price his reply was so do you want to cancel it, could not be bothered asking what they where priced at or even to go look at the advertised signage , I could sort of understand if it was very busy, but being the only one in the store very lazy" and was charged the higher price. Not Happy

Poor customer service. The store staff have no manners, behaved very poorly over phone for items which were ordered online but they did not have stock. when I asked how do I make a complaint? I was told there is nothing they can do and I need to come to store to talk to the manager and hung up. Disappointing behaviour to say least.
