Zero is what I’d say customer service is a joke, very unethically run, money grabbers. Tiny tiny inadequate gym. If you do group training careful you don’t run into any equipment with bars sticking out. Ridiculous!!!!

Amazing gym, only one problem. The quality of the dumbbells are atrocious. You can’t even see what the weight of them are cause it has been torn off .

Better gym out of the two we have in Mackay, Updated cardio equipment and gym is cleaned regularly not like the North Mackay one which is slowly falling apart

The gym facilities are good. Unfortunately some gym users don’t always wipe down equipment and there’s no one here to police it. The showers need some love.

The gym is a bit small compared to Anytime Fitness in the city. It always seems crowded even when there are few people there. They do give corporate discounts which is a bonus.

Great gym to work out in. Only thing is that staff needs to be more on top of people not using towels or cleaning up after themselves
