It's a good little place to take the kiddies, there is a lot of space, if the penrith council wanted to spend some money on ripples penrith it would be awesome, there is room to make this place great... besides that plenty of life guards on duty and it's a good cheap day out....

Not much has changed since the 1990s. There is an Olympic size pool & a kids pool, plus I new slash park to play in with lots area's to relax by the pool. It is in a great location close to shops and restaurants which is convenient.

Overall, this is a good community pool with a reasonable price of entry. There is a kiddy pool, laps pool, waterpark and restaurant in this facilityThis is a great pool to take the kids on a hot summers day

My email to ripples was ignored so I'm posting it as a review:To the manager of Ripples,I attended Ripples Penrith on Wednesday 4th January and I am concerned about 2 very odd incidents that occurred.Firstly I was swimming at around 6pm and I had my bag, towel, etc on a table undercover as it was raining and there was only 4 of us in the pool. I was swimming and I watched a female lifeguard walk over to my bag, rummage through it and then start placing my towel and possessions in the bag. I yelled out and she said is this your bag?"

Little disappointed they took the baby pool out. But still a great pools to go. Staff were really lovely.

Ripples is a great place, with two pools, a small splash park, and surprisingly, a regular playground! However, Ripples St. Mary's only has shaded eating areas, meaning that anybody vulnerable to sunburn, like me, also requires to have lots of sunscreen on hand, or risk getting sunburnt, like me. Ripples St. Mary's has one baby pool, one adult pool, and regular swimming classes and holiday activities, but I wish it was a little bit more sun safe.

Splash park not open and wading pool also not open. The only pool available to swim is the 50m.It is middle of the school holidays and supposed to be 30 plus degrees today.

Good for the kids. Take your own chairs though as you will struggle finding a seat in the shade during summer. Canteen prices are reasonable too.
