Proven years of providing Airconditioning units from the early days in Australia from the beginning of r 22 package units which some are still in service , air cooled chillers, water cooled chillers box room Airconditioning that need it a most of the wall from late 1970s to mid 1980s, still many in service .Trusted brand reliable good for facilities maintenance managers as the new units have a wonderful touch screen to monitor including bms monitoring.

Our main bedroom Air conditioner broke down over 5 weeks ago - Still have no part from Carrier, the A C Tech has been emailing etc ever since placing the order and gets no response. Apparently he can’t even speak to anyone on the phone, one email response he got from the Melbourne Warehouse was not written in English so we have no idea when we’ll get the part if ever. We will never buy Carrier again. This is the second time we’ve had to wait weeks & weeks for 1 part from these guys. Sadly we have 9 Carriers between work & home, this is the third to break down during warranty. NEVER Again.
