Holbrook Settlers Motel
We arrived into Holbrook quite late and they had a family room for $150. The beds were comfortable, but we are not sure whether we were the first to sleep on the sheets since they were washed. There was a moth in the double bed and significant blood stains on the sheets of one of the single beds. When we informed them of the blood on the sheets we were given the excuse that the cleaners" were negligent. The pool was not very clean and there was a lot of garbage and old discarded furniture lying around by the parking area. This is a last resort option."

Unit was a flynest! Uncleaned microwave from last guests.Pool hasnt been cleaned since last summer.Owner's 10 children ran amok at 7am! And one of the Double bed's legs was just hanging there, not supporting anything!

Stopped in on our way to melbourne and didnt have a booking and they were happy to have us stay,the weather was not the best at the time and they went out of their way to ensure the trailer we were towing was under cover and everything.such a lovely family run business,extremely friendly service.plus breakfast was awesome before we left in the morning,delivered to our room:) would definitely stay again.

Found a dead spider in one of the beds, had 2 earwigs crawl over me, the place is infested with bugs, the room made me feel icky and gross due to the amount of bugs and insects, but the pool is nice and beds are comfortable and customer service is pleasant.

Oldr style rooms but very clean with Heating, Electric Blanket, Fridge,Microwave and Coffee facilities. Great value and very pleasant staff.

The perfect place to stay if you have young kids. Clean, comfortable, affordable, with a huge pool and huge trampoline and other playground equipment. My kids were so happy to have other kids to play with; the owners children were polite, helpful and overwhelming entertaining.

great place to lay your head, either on your way south or traveling north,great hosts in dani and glenn, really the best place and can only get better with the new additions that are planned for the future,a biker friendly vibe that some places do not offer,but we all had a marvellous stay and will be back on our next trip. thanks again dani and glenn and the kids wont forget you all......(Fossil)....room 10

Great place that allows dogs and angry two year olds without hesitation.Well worth the stay, rooms are neat, fully furnished and very comfortable.
