We had an amazing journey with Homes by Howe who built our forever home. The ideas and guidance provided to us along the way was invaluable. The quality of the build and management throughout the process was above our expectations with the final product speaking for itslef. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build a new home, renovate an old one or anything else in between.

Used to be great now just average at best.

The Dept of Design have worked with Homes by Howe on a number of projects and have always found Brendan and his team professional, responsive and have a great attention to detail. If I could give minus stars there wouldn’t be enough to warn people not to use this joke of a builder.Abusive, aggressive, threatening and the list goes on and on.When called out on their actions they threaten you.Their work is well below quality, they cut corners, they don’t pay tradies (which usually means even shonkier work) and heaven help you if you have to interact with his missus, she is a piece of work that one - the entitlement is rampant !

Bought a house from this guy and have had nothing by issues. Gas Fireplace has never worked. Have had to repair multiple leaks in dealing and was infirmary that flashing was not even installed. Not to mention the zero handover or communication after the purchase.Would never recommend and abuse to do your homework before using this guy.

Do not do business with these people aggressive and abusive ,was abused and harassed on the freeway.

I've been working with Brendan and his team at Homes By Howe for a few years now on various types of projects ranging from small remodelling projects to large extensions & renovations, to knock down rebuilds through to large architecturally designed custom built homes. Their team can pretty much do it all.I value Brendan's philosophy of working as a team from the start. When we had finished designing our dream, family home with our architect, we sought out to find a builder who could bring that dream alive!After alot of research and meetings with various Canberra builders we chose Brendan at Homes by Howe to construct our home and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. Brendan was literally on site start to finish, ensuring every aspect of the build went to plan. Along with his support crew including wife Pip and the greater HBH team, the end result is an amazing designer house that we are extremely proud to call our home.We have no hesitation in recommending Brendan to any future families looking to build.
