We engaged Hancon Custom homes in 2022 to complete works on our property including interior renovation and build of a new balcony and outdoor areas. We are super happy with the end results.The guys at Hancon Custom homes, Jordan and Owen, were wonderful to work with. They listened to us and offered ideas and advice on quality products and finishes. They were responsive and great at keeping us updated with their progress, always answering our calls and questions. They were trustworthy and approachable.Their work was to the highest standard and the trades they work with equally match the same high quality. Jordan and the team at Hancon custom homes recently completed an extension/renovation of our house in Yackandandah and we are absolutely stoked with the result.From the outset Jordan and Owen were professional, approachable and thorough. Their workmanship was impeccable, with consistent high attention to detail which shows in all of the finishes.Communication was fantastic, with phone calls always promptly followed up, which made the entire process as smooth as possible.Our renovation was quite tricky, and it wasn’t without drama or issues popping up, however the boys showed excellent problem solving skills- and every outcome had a result that we were more than happy with.Not only are we stoked with the results, we were really happy with the trades they used and their management of them throughout an incredibly wet winter, and will certainly be using HanCon again for any future renovations we do.
