Cute asian style bakery and bubble tea shop. Their cakes have a very soft fluffy sponge inside and the cream is very light. Also recommend trying their bubble tea - they have some unique flavours and toppings

This place has really nice bubble tea options and other drinks. And they do make their own desserts. Most of dessert options are pretty yummy. Sad they dont have a coffee, it would be perfect with coffee and cake. When Im craving for bubble teas, i come here.

This was my first time trying out cakes from this shop and it was really good. It’s the type of dessert that’s not too sweet so you just keep eating. My personal favourite was the cheesecake as I order that in every dessert shop I go to. I would definitely come back and try more cakes and the drinks as well!

It was the worst shopping experience I've ever had in Australia. I really wouldn't recommend this bakery to anyone because of its poor customer service and attitude.The story is as below. I ordered a birthday cake for my son’s birthday on 6 June 2023 with J.Ceres(Business ) and paid $369. I asked them to deliver the cake to my home on 17 June afternoon. And they approved. At 9:49 am on 17 June, they told me the cake is on the way. At 11:08 am, I asked them when can I get the cake. They said it will be delivered before 2 pm. So I supposed the cake is still on the way and I waited at home. At 1:11 pm, I went for lunch and asked them when can I get the cake again. They replied that the cake is delivered to my house at 10 am and my mother-in-law took the cake. However, I am not living with her and she failed to talk me she got the cake. Besides, the team of J.Ceres never told me and my mother-in-law how to store the cake. My mother-in-law didn’t put the cake in the fridge after she got it. Because it is a special cake which was wrapped by a layer of candy which means it won’t melt. She thought it can be stored outside of the fridge and put it on the desk. At around 5 pm, I contacted my mother-in-law finally and it was too late. The cake was kept outside of the fridge for more than 7 hours. So we can’t have the cake.After that, I talk with J. Ceres, and they said they weren't responsible for the cake going bad.I believe:1. When the cake is delivered to my home, the J.Ceres should inform me at the first time. However, they didn’t tell me until I asked the second time at 1 pm.2. J. Ceres has the responsibility to tell consumers how to store the cake. However, they didn’t. When the driver of J.Ceres handed over the cake to my mother-in-law, the driver never mentioned how to store the cake. My mother-in-law’s cousin and her 10-year-old son can testify.3. When I contact them at 11 am, the staff should contact their driver and confirm the state of the delivery of my cake before replying to me. If they did, I could go and pick the cake from my mother-in-law.

This is a nice place and I got a beautiful birthday cake from here. The staff was nice on the phone and in person when I picked the cake up. The reason why I am giving only 3 stars is the frosting on the sides and top the cake was VERY oily and I got sick from eating it. The inside cake was ok, but nothing special. So due to this, even though the cake was beautiful, I cannot recommend it and think that the price is much to high.

Trying out the new branch in Burwood yesterday. It was a long queue due to new openings. Ordered a cake and mochi box and being informed we are eligible for the free delivery. The next day we received a call around 12.30pm saying they are unable to make the delivery and told we have to go for self pickup. Went for pick up and find out the mochi box is unavailable and was given a refund. Hoping at least it could be better if not being promised they are able to deliver only turned out they couldn’t. That would be so inconvenient for somebody who lived far away and have to reschedule in order to pick up in person.The cake seems lovely however it wasn’t a pleasure experience for the new customer despite the big crowd and the poor arrangement. Anyway good luck for the business in the future.
