Wow such amazing service from Alishia... She just went out of her way to make sure i was happy. Saved me soooo much time. I am a very happy customer. Ive even decided to hopefully transfer my 5 other insurances over to her.

I sent enquiries to around 6 or more different insurance brokers to see if it was possible to take out a very small and very niche insurance coverage which is unique to my situation (to be honest, I wasn't confident anyone would be able to help, but I wanted to make sure of it). Out of all the brokers I contacted, the account manager Meghann at Crucial was the only one to reply to me and tell me that they wish they could assist but are unable to at this time but did some research to steer me in the right direction towards someone that may be able to help. Kind gestures like this definitely go a long way and I'd definitely recommend Crucial Insurance. I will be using them next time thats for sure. Cheers!
