Amazing experience here. The staff were friendly and understood what I wanted and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my nails. Thankyou very much!

My baby sister has a disability which causes her to have overactive sweat glands and she was treated absolutely poorly because of this. She was told her nails wouldn’t last due to this, despite having nails last for months every other place she has been. She was treated rudely by staff, as they huffed at her and rolled their eyes after they hurt her. I am beyond disgusting with their service and I will never recommend. Next time we holiday I will actually avoid this horrible salon. They lack integrity, respect and general customer service skills. I am appalled at how they treated my baby and dehumanised her for asking for a simple request of minimal tipped neon nails. They should be ashamed and I have no idea how they have a business. Yuck. Less then 12 hours and 3 nails gone. Yuck. Yuck. Yuck.

Unbelievable service! The girl who did my nails was sighing and clicking her tongue as though I was causing her such distress. Showed a pic of the nail pattern I wanted, she said it could be done but not exact colour which I was fine with. Instead I got sloppy nails and just rude behaviour. Told her to wipe it off and let me go and give me my money. I am never coming here again.

Sloppy - SNS already looks grown out like it’s been 2 weeks not 24hrs and this was second attempt - on first try they butchered my nails (cut short to the nail bed because “even them out based on the long ones” wasn’t understood - she cut & filed them all according to the shortest nail). Claim they must leave a “hair’s width” between nail bed & polish to avoid hitting cuticles. Was a VERY wide hair. Still managed to cut my skin though. Bleeding in 3 places and visible slices under nail on finger tip from emery board which feels like nerve damage today. No offer of antiseptic. Lost count of number of times I said ouch and pulled my hand away. Very friendly and clean, thankfully but language comprehension or lack of experience perhaps. I have pics - pain, torn skin & regrowth. Maybe it was an off day based on all the 5 star reviews. I did complain at the time and they did offer to fix. Stick to basic manicure perhaps and make yourself very clear.

Worst experience Ive ever had, the ladies are extremely rude and quick, the service is very rushed and does not match up to the infuriating price point they charge. My boyfriend got a pedicure without colour to which they cut his feet and tried to charge a premium price for a 10 minute service without colour. Safe to say I will not be coming back, especially because they only take cash and continue to say their machine is broken……!!!!

The service was exceptional. They did the best pedicure (polish) and manicure (SNS) i've ever had. They took the time to make sure it was perfect. They also have an amazing colour range and have very friendly staff.

The worst manicure ever she had a running nose sniffing and sneezy all over me without a mask. Rushed the filing all the nails rough and chipped did not bother to wash of the old vanish correctly or clean under the nails I said don’t worry about the polish as did not want dirty chipped nailed painted then charged me $30 it was unprofessional and over priced.

These guys are amazing! They did a beautiful job on my very out grown sns. They do everything with a smile, and extremely hard working, the girl who did my nails told me she hadn’t been able to go to the toilet all day or eat lunch and she literally was smiling and laughing all the way through. Amazing service, nails couldn’t look better!

Han is super efficient and lovely. My nails were a bit of a mess and she’s did a fab SNS with French tip and I’m very happy. Will be back for sure.

Bad experience. Staff tried to pressure me into paying with cash or doing a direct bank transfer, then said there was a $5 surcharge for paying with card, however there were no signs to indicate this. Wouldn't go again.
